Japanese gadget maker, Sony has invented the first waterproof smartphone, the all new Sony Xperia Z smartphone. The Brand Ambassador of Sony Xperia Smartphone, the Bollywood Actress Gorgeous Katrina Kaif with Dennis van Schie, Corporate Vice President of Sony Mobile Communications with Kenichiro Hibi , Managing Director launches this new smartphone in Indian market at New Delhi on 6th March 2013 priced at Rs 38,990($708) in India. It’s on sale in Japanese market from 9th Feb 2013 priced at $708. It’s rivals are Nokia Lumia 920 and 820, Samsung Galaxy S3, and Nexus 4 including iPhone 5.
The all new Sony Xperia Z is a water-proof and dust proof smartphone runs on Google Android Jelly Bean OS powered by a Qualcomm 1.5 gigahertz quadcore processor offers you five-inch display sporting a 13-megapixel camera and weighs about 146gm.
